Being Comfortable

Comfortable: physically and mentally relaxed and free from constraint.

I've once read that being comfortable equates to you going down a hill.

It's true, going down the stairs is much easier and comfortable than going up the stairs.

I've realised that I should start getting comfortable with being uncomfortable - that's the only way progression will take place.

Progression: the process of developing or moving gradually towards a more advanced state.

That will be difficult if you're prone to laziness - I know I can do more but I just don't. What is the point of an outcome that has no sincere effort in it.

Effort: a vigorous or determined attempt.

Life is exhausting but with a purpose it's easier to continue.
